How it works

Three views. One number.

Every money record carries three tags: which branch, which line of business, which product. So a report in any cut is ready instantly — and everything rolls up into one group number.

01

Branch — where the business runs: Tashkent, Dushanbe, Almaty… Each with its own currency, manager and period close.

02

Business — a revenue line: SaaS, rentals, services and the group's other lines.

03

Product — revenue and costs for every product and service within a business.

Features

From cash desk to P&L — in one system

Everyone works within their own permissions: CEO, CFO, accountant, cashier, sales, collections, HR and department heads.

Cash & bank

Inflows and outflows, accounts and currency wallets, transfers between businesses. The cash desk is the single source of payment status.

Purchase requests & approvals

Request → approval chain by amount, business, branch and department → acceptance act → payment. No one can approve their own request.

Clients & contracts

Contract lifecycle, automatic recalculation on amendments, payment schedules, PDF and e-signature.

Commercial offers

Build an offer from your catalog, send it as a link and turn it into a contract in one click.

Receivables & collections

Debt is derived automatically from the payment schedule. Collections run in stages, with late fees exact to the smallest currency unit.

P&L & period close

Accrual-based P&L. Closed months are locked — only the CFO can reopen one, with a written reason.

Budget, MRR & reports

Plan vs actual, MRR, forecasts and branch reports. One-click export to Excel.

Payroll

Payroll by branch × month: HR prepares it, the CFO approves it, the cash desk pays it. Individual salaries never show in the P&L.

E-documents

Document exchange via Didox, company details filled in from the tax ID, and a document archive.

Telegram

Approve with one tap, in Telegram

Each company connects its own bot. Whoever is next in the chain gets a request card — and approves, returns or rejects it without opening the app.

  • Create purchase requests right in the bot
  • A “Set price” card for whoever prices requests
  • All personal notifications in one place
  • Every decision is logged with its time and owner

Multi-currency

Each branch in its own currency. The group in one.

A contract in dollars, a payment in sum, a branch in Dushanbe in somoni — Konso keeps them apart and gives management one number.

USD ⇄ UZS

Two currencies, two separate ledgers

On a foreign-currency contract the debt is tracked in both dollars and sum. The FX difference goes to the P&L automatically with every payment.

CBU · daily

Rates, automatically

Official rates are loaded daily from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. For currencies the CBU doesn't publish, the rate is entered manually.

UZS · KZT · TJS · KGS · AZN · AMD → USD

Group reporting

Each branch keeps its own functional currency. Group reports are translated into one currency at each month's average rate.

Control & security

  • Per-employee permissions — by module, within a branch and business.
  • Audit log — every important action: who, what, when.
  • Isolated data — each company's data is separated at the database level.
  • Four-eyes principle — whoever prepares it can't approve it.

Konso doesn't replace your accounting software

It isn't built for tax or statutory reporting. Konso is a management tool for leadership that answers one question:

“How is our business doing right now, and where is it heading?”
